Kingfell Global Crisis
With an ever-growing list of potential crises threatening the performance of an organisation, and possibly its very existence, Kingfell's Global Crisis Center uses sophisticated database tools and well-honed analytical skills to provide cost effective and easily implemented crisis management solutions.
Kingfell's Global Crisis Center identifies potential threats and establishes plans and procedures to lessen their impact on a client's business. Using its unique iCAP (Incident Control Analytical Program) database to successful crisis management and control strategies it considers threats from whatever direction they come. This includes: natural threats, such as fires, floods and epidemics; man-made threats, such as arson, terrorism and theft; and commercial threats, such as IT security failures, fraud and industrial espionage.
Clearly, this is a service that is tailored to each and every company and its particular circumstances. So, it shares with the other Kingfell divisions a very customer and task focused ethos. It also uses very similar analytical and problem solving skills to those used when devising complex fire strategies.
The comprehensive crisis management plan that Kingfell Global Crisis Center provides will include detailed action lists and clearly defined lines of communication and responsibilities. It will also utilise the iCAP database to give the client real-time assistance throughout the emergency. Where any action points identified by the Kingfell Global Crisis Center's consultants are strategic or mission-sensitive, these will be clearly flagged up, and Kingfell will be more than willing to discuss "stepping into the breach" to resolve the problem in the shortest and most cost effective manner.
