With much of the work Kingfell undertakes for Network Rail being within restricted and secure sites, our procedures allow for the practical aspects of “getting the job done” while complying with site and client restrictions.

We place great emphasis on maintaining business continuity and minimising service disruption to the train operating companies.

Our teams cover project works on a continuous basis, including engineering hours, weekends and public holidays. In conjunction with stringent servicing regimes, emergency response procedures are in place to ensure that an experienced Kingfell fire engineer will respond within two hours of a call out, 24/7 and 365 days a year.
