Principal Fire Systems Design and Application Engineer

Located at: Waterloo although some travel, including international travel, may be required.

Professionally qualified person sought to help with our increasing portfolio of projects from Rail to Aviation to Heritage to Oil and Gas/Mining. We are looking for an experienced person with self-initiative and drive to help us achieve our objectives. The ideal attributes are:

Degree qualified and/or a member of a profesional institution.
Good all round knowledge of British Standards related to fire detection, fire warining and, ideally fire suppression and smoke control systems. Knowledge of NFPA and international codes would be an advantage.
The ability to apply standards in a range of complex environments to provide effective and compliant designs.
Detailed knowledge of how systems work with the ability to interrogate control equipment to determine efficacy.
To be able to represent the company at the highest level.

Salary in the region of GBP 45,000.00 to 55,000.00 + working in an entrepeneurial environment where anything can go!
